Poor organisation marred what could potentially be a great event.
Our 45 Men's Doubles was not completed as a result of poor scheduling. The incorrect winner has been placed in the final. (our opponents retired not us). We were robbed of playing the final purely as a result of shoddy scheduling.

The rain made things difficult but suboptimal decisions made it a poor tournament in terms of planning and scheduling matches. First tournament for organizers so always going to be tough. However, not knowing if one will be playing and waiting for hours on end with no word from the organizers is not OK. This was done better on the 2nd day. However, great level of competition and good opportunity to meet new players.

Many thanks to the organizers for they hard work! I feel it could've been organized more efficiently though, it felt as they were organizing an event for first time. But that being said, the rain on Friday night did not make it easy for them. As there was a lot of waiting around, we watched quite a bit of tennis, but was disappointed to see so much of poor sportsmanship. Perhaps tournament participants should be reminded before a tournament what a good sportsmanship is:-)
